So, yoga!

It is really, really, really cold in Korea at the moment.  The winter Olympics is a lot of fun but the chills are sometimes irresistible. I have been a fan of jogging but for the past four months, while the mercury has been going between -18 Celsius and 0, I was not able to take a step outside. I can't help -- I am too weak against coldness! At now, I am getting more interested in what I can do at home.  And, yes, yoga.  They say yoga prompts blood circulation, thus improves the skin condition.  I think so, too.  Should try it soon. My good friend has been practising yoga for more than a year and has shared some of her bits through My skin secret Youtube page. It is for the beginners so you may want to just try along!
